Refund & Return Policy

At our store, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are permitted only once, and must be within the original bill amount.

• If the exchange exceeds the original bill amount, the additional charges will be included in the final bill.

• All exchange requests must be made within [7-10 working] of receiving the product.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging/tags.

• and for Abayas : All products are prepared on made to order process for which it cannot be exchanged or return. Please choose your size and colors accordingly.

Pre-Payment Inspection for COD Orders

• Before making the payment for cash on delivery (COD) orders, you have the option to thoroughly check the parcel and product. if you find any problem you can return parcel directly through Rider
